Individual Therapy
Individual therapy services are available for children 5+, pre-teen, adolescent and adult clients looking to increase self-esteem and coping skills; better manage anxiety, depression, and mood; and heal from trauma.
Family Therapy
This service is available to those looking for parenting education and skills development and families looking to increase knowledge, support, and acceptance as the family unit transitions.
Gender Therapy
Rebecca is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her Board Certification as a Transgender Care Therapist in 2019. She has worked closely with transgender and gender diverse pre-teens, adolescents, and adults over the past 7 years. Following the WPATH Standards of Care, she has supported clients through the transition process, those managing gender dysphoria symptoms, and others exploring and questioning gender.

Gender Support & Consultation
Allies in Wellness offers a supportive consultation service for individuals who are in need of documentation to support their transition, such as letters for hormone replacement therapy, and gender affirming procedures. We use the informed-consent model which means you'll have what you need in a relatively short amount of time. For existing adult clients this is done in one session.
Teletherapy
Telehealth (online counseling, coaching, and consultation) is available to clients located anywhere; however, we're licensed only in the state of Florida. We offer virtual telehealth sessions for individuals, families, relationships, and group!
Groups
New virtual DBT skills and parenting groups coming soon!
Fees
Private pay session fees are $130.00 for 55 minutes. We accept credit cards and cash. Some clients may qualify for sliding scale fees.
Allies in Wellness is a member of the Open Path Therapy Collective - a non-profit network of mental health professionals who offer services at a reduced rate.
Florida residents with PPO plans may also use out-of-network insurance benefits.
