Mary Froment, LMSW
Registered Clinical Social Work Intern
she/her/hers

I graduated from New Mexico Highlands University with my Master of Social Work degree, Clinical Concentration, in 2021 after several years working with children and families in community-based agencies.

My approach is humanistic, trauma-informed, gender-affirming, and grounded in attachment theory. I use narrative, solution-focused, nature, integrative therapies, mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork.

Life can be very challenging and I am dedicated to supporting you in your healing. You are seen and heard without judgment as you heal from the complexities of life and are empowered to move through the process of change and growth at your pace. We’ll collaborate to identify goals to work towards while developing self-awareness, self-compassion, and coping skills. Children, adults, and adolescents can all benefit from understanding the mind-body connection and exploring sensory experiences to calm and nourish the mind.

I am interested and experienced in (but not limited to) neurodivergence, women’s issues, parenting at all stages, family communication, exploring identity, narcissistic abuse, anxiety, depression, life transitions, navigating divorce and break ups, feeling misunderstood and out of place, resolving childhood issues, loss.

I’m available in-person in our Rockledge and Melbourne offices, and by telehealth.

Mary is contracted with Allies in Wellness and is currently available to see new clients. Mary accepts clients using Sunshine, BCBS / Florida Blue, United Healthcare (Optum, Oscar, UMR, UBH), Aetna Better Health, Cigna, Aetna, and self-paying clients on a sliding-scale.
