Jillian is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who primarily works with adults and couples. She also sees teens on a case-by-case basis. Her clinical focus includes trauma, substance use, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), emotional dysregulation, complex relational patterns, and suicidal ideation.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from University of Central Florida and a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. Jillian is a Master’s Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP) a Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT) clinician. She is also a Certified Brainspotting practitioner, and has advanced training in Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) for OCD.

Her background includes work in dual-diagnosis treatment, crisis intervention, substance misue, and victim advocacy. She has extensive experience supporting individuals experiencing high levels of distress, including chronic anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, substance use concerns, and persistent suicidal thoughts.

Jillian’s approach is structured, collaborative, and tailored to the individual. She integrates evidence-based therapies such as CBT and DBT with specialized approaches for OCD (ERP and I-CBT), along with Brainspotting when appropriate, to support both skill development and deeper processing.

• Improve emotional regulation and distress tolerance

• Process trauma in a structured and manageable way
