Hirangi is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Stetson University. She has been working in the mental health field for over four years, building experience across diverse clinical settings and populations.

Hirangi’s therapeutic approach is person-centered, collaborative, and holistic, with an emphasis on meeting clients where they are while supporting meaningful and sustainable change. She integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Art Therapy, and EMDR, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals.

She works with teens, adults, couples, and families, with a clinical focus on anxiety, depression, grief and loss, women’s mental health, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Hirangi is especially attuned to the emotional complexity that comes with identity development, relational stress, and unresolved emotional experiences, and she supports clients in building insight, emotional regulation skills, and self-compassion.

In her work, Hirangi prioritizes creating a safe, grounded, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace. Her goal is to help clients feel more connected to themselves, improve emotional resilience, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Hirangi is contracted with Allies in Wellness and is currently available to see new clients. Alyssa accepts clients using Sunshine, Cigna, BCBS / Florida Blue, Aetna, Aetna Better Health, CHAMPVA, United/Optum/Oscar, and self-paying clients.
