Carole is dedicated to supporting you in your journey to healing and mental wellness. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from Cambridge University, England, UK. She is currently earning her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling
through Northwestern University, Illinois, with a specialization in Child and Adolescent Mental Health.
With many years of experience working in both education and healthcare, Carole now brings her passion for helping to the mental health field. As a student intern, her work benefits from the experience and support of her colleagues.

Carole’s passion is to help adults, children, and adolescents who struggle with many aspects of the human experience, such as anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, grief and trauma. Her empathetic approach is informed by years of parenting and by her own experience of working through many of life’s challenges.

Carole is dedicated to creating a safe space where your concerns and struggles will be truly heard and supported. Her holistic, strength-based approach is founded on the belief that you have the potential to change and grow through the development of a genuine and caring therapeutic relationship.
She takes a holistic and integrated approach to your care which includes incorporating mindfulness techniques, attachment, emotion-focused, and narrative therapy. As your fellow traveler, she will walk alongside you towards a happier, healthier future.
Carole offers pro-bono and low-fee services for clients in Florida through telehealth and in our Melbourne office location.
