Ready to break free from what’s holding you back and step into your strength? Candace is a registered mental health counseling intern who helps adults overcome anxiety, depression, and past trauma, so they can stop just surviving and start truly living.
With deep empathy and a flair for empowerment, Candace creates a space where you can heal, grow, and take charge of your life. Using approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and person-centered care, Candace adapts her approach to meet your unique needs that creates a path towards peace, confidence, and authenticity.
