*Nature-based therapy offers interventions incorporating the natural world, both indoors and outdoors. Nature can serve as a powerful resource in connecting to the Self, others, and the many healing qualities of the Elements. I believe that in developing a relationship with the natural world, we can gain a deeper understanding of ourselves, our place on Earth and how we relate to other human beings.
